Job Purpose
·         To produce beautiful, creative images and animations

To create and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle and beyond
Duties & Responsibilities
·         Work creatively on projects as part of a team or independently, dependent on project size

·         Manage and lead up to 2 projects at anyone time with support from the Senior Team

·         Liaise and deal with clients for the duration of your projects up to delivery

·         Communicate and discuss briefs effectively in order to produce the creative outcome desired by the client in conjunction with the Senior Team

Capture detailed notes during client meetings
Attend relevant client meetings as required by the project/client
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and internal communication
Essential experience or Qualifications
·         3D University/College Qualification

·         Minimum 1 year experience working in a 3D Visualisation environment

·         Proficient knowledge in;

o   Autodesk 3DS Max

o   Chaos Group VRay

o   Adobe Photoshop

·         Well organized

·         Flexible with the ability to work to deadlines and to work well under pressure and create work to a high standard

·         Be creatively motivated
Preferred Skills
·         Intermediate knowledge of the following software:

o   AutoDesk AutoCAD

o   AutoDesk Revit

o   Unity/Unreal

o   Adobe After Effects

o   Adobe Premiere

·         Knowledge of the building construction industry

·         Capable in interpreting detailed [4D] construction programmes and logistics plans

·         Work well under pressure and re-prioritises as required

·         Customer and Client Satisfaction Focused

·         Planning and Organisation

·         Good Knowledge of IT
