We seek an experienced and passionate WebGL Software Developer to join our team on a project basis, with the potential for full-time employment. In this role, your task will be to develop a creative and immersive web-based platform for showcasing and narrating real estate projects of various scales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement interactive 3D web experiences using WebGL and JavaScript libraries such as Three.js or Babylon.js.
• Work with APIs and SDKs as necessary, and be open to learning new technologies.
• Collaborate with our designers, developers, and digital artists to ensure the platform is visually stunning, user-friendly, and aligns with project requirements.
• Leverage your 3D modeling, texturing, and animation expertise to create realistic and engaging representations of real estate projects.
• Effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring the platform performs optimally.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for efficient project management.
• Be willing to explore opportunities enabled by emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with WebGL and JavaScript libraries like Three.js or Babylon.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, Canvas, and CSS3
• Understanding of rendering 3D objects using WebGL and JavaScript API
• Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and animation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug code effectively
• Understanding of version control systems, notably Git
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
